COMME des GARCONS PLAY x Converse Chuck Taylor All Star’ 70

Continuing their successful collaboration, PLAY COMME des GARCONS and Converse will release the Chuck Taylor All Star ’70 this month. Both high top and low top versions of the sneaker will be offered in black and off-white. The heart logo of the brand is now much bigger on the new footwear range, and cut off by the midsole. The COMME des GARCONS PLAY x Converse Chuck Taylor All Star’ 70 will be launched exclusively at Dover Street Market London, Dover Street Market New York and COMME des GARCONS New York on May 14. On May 15 the sneakers will launch at all other COMME des GARCONS stores.

Air Jordan 1 Retro Lo OG Bred

Two years after dropping the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG to kick off 2013, Jordan Brand is dropping the low-top version of His Airness’ original Swoosh-emblazoned low-top: the Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG. Decked out in leather with a nylon tongue and sporting a Black/Varsity Red-Sail colorway, the kicks retain their classic “Nike Air” branding on the tongue and see the iconic wings logo at the heel.

Undefeated x Nike Lunar Force 1

We now can have full look at the LF1 High and Low that make up this pack. Starting things off is the High, which features a hairy red suede upper accented with a red houndstooth ankle strap, Undefeated’s five strike logo on the heel and a speckled white Lunarlon sole below. Then there is the Low, which features a black and olive houndstooth upper with black laces, tongue, heel tab and Swoosh, all sitting atop a speckled white Lunarlon sole. Both models are finished off with an orange lining and Undefeated branding on the tongues and insoles. Look for both pairs at Undefeated and select stockists like Concepts starting February 28.

Niken SB x Supreme Dunk Lo Pro SS12

Another day another collaboration from Supreme. Once again, Nike is front and center as we see the return of a collaborative Supreme Dunk Low Pro SB model, marking the 10 year anniversary of the original Supreme Low Pro SB release. The cement print that was featured prior returns, complemented by a bright red leather upper and black swoosh. It is unknown if a second colorway will also be available. Set for a release in June, the Supreme x Nike SB Dunk Low Pro has been given a Japanese retail price of ¥13,650 JPY (approximately £130). An official US and UK price has yet to be announced. Highsnobiety Vans x Supreme Retrospective

Highsnobiety has just amazed me with this post…With the recent announcement of this season’s Supreme collaboration with Vans, we figured we would compile a full look at the history of sneakers that the two brands have come up with over the years.

This latest release will be the 13th time the two have worked together and the second time that theMike Carroll (MC) will have been utilized. Over the years, we’ve seen the some of the best and most classic styles from Vans such as the Era, SK-8 Hi, Chukka, Old Skool and Half Cabs used numerous times, mixed in with other popular styles like the Mountain Edition and 106. Various materials ranging from canvas to suede, and leather to denim have been used mixed in with prints, patterns and solids.
