The adidas Originals ZX 500 2.0 for women is the classic retro runner redux, featuring a sleek one-piece neoprene upper with suede and textured leather overlays. size? x Reebok Pastels “Purple Oasis” Pack

British sneaker brand Reebok has hooked up with retail spot size? on an exclusive pastel pack for summer. The “Purple Oasis” pack features two of Reebok’s most iconic styles, the Classic and the Workout Plus. Both styles have been given an allover pastel purple and display their bold and distinctive features without any distractions. The upper on each style is crafted from a brushed micro-perforated nubuck on the base, while the outer paneling exhibits a soft, buttery suede, both complemented by a white midsole and an iced gum sole unit. The pack launches worldwide on August 8 via direct links on their Facebook and Twitter pages, as well as in store. Be warned the styles are limited to 500 pairs worldwide so move fast

Getting its structure and support from the sportswear giant’s Flyknit technology, the runner is incredibly lightweight, with a precision fit that feels like a second skin. A forefoot Nike Zoom unit, full-length Phylon midsole, and a waffleskin rubber outsole with racing-specific diamond pattern further emphasize the silhouette’s design language. After getting an early preview of the Y-3 Yohji Boost, we’ve now got a better look at the shoe in an eye-catching black and white graphic colorway. Footpatrol x Nike Air Huarache Light “Concrete”

London’s own Footpatrol has teamed up with Nike to create an Air Huarache Light inspired by the grey winter days of London and how it seems to magnify the abundance of grey building facades in the bustling capital. Taking the inspiration quite literally, this Huarache Light features an all-grey upper composed of rich suede and lightweight mesh, all of which is tied together by the semi-translucent grey molded eyestays. 3M accents, embroidered tonal Swooshes, speckled laces, a light grey, speckled sole, and perforated white leather lining round out the details for these special kicks. Limited to just 500 pairs worldwide, the Air Huarache Light “Concrete” will be available in-store and online exclusively at Footpatrol starting at 9:00 a.m. local time on Friday, July 18

Saucony ‘Cavity’ Pack

Saucony‘s “Cavity” pack, which consists of the Shadow 5000 and Shadow Original, is gearing up for its official launch in the coming days. Offering up two new colorways, the “Minty Fresh” rendition features a suede and mesh mint green upper with hits of red at the collar, tongue and eyelets. The “Black Razz,” on the other hand, sees a suede, leather and mesh upper executed in black and pink as a nod to its raspberry and licorice-inspired design. Both iterations rest atop a contrasting white midsole and black rubber outsole. The Saucony “Cavity” Pack will be available at select retailers on Tuesday.

Size? x Nike Air Huarache Light Atomic Mango

The days of quickstrikes in the kicks world has been lost for a while now. The proliferation of information out and the number of people willing to leak the info makes keeping a release secret. However, Nike and UK retailer size? have managed to pull off one of the better surprises in years with the Nike Air Huarache Light ‘Atomic Mango.’

The shoe is a beautiful progression piece that combines seldom used elements from the Huarache lineage to generate a new look. The colour scheme comes from the long forgotten Huarache Racer OG from ’94 and an unreleased version of the Huarache Burst made in 2005 but never seeing the light of day. The 2014 version uses the Huarache Light design, included the sole and not the Free version seen on the last Huarache Light-lookalikes. I’m sure some purists will find a way to down-talk them as not having minute details related to the original Lights but I like em plus expect more colourways from Nike over the next couple of seasons.
