Following the unveiling of the Retro Boost and Qasa High, Y-3 has unveiled the Boost QR. The collaborative venture between Yohji Yamamoto and adidas sees an adaptation of the Qasa, with a more manageable outsole and slimmer silhouette. The sneker features premium materials such as leather on the heel cage. Canvas and mesh make up the rest of the model, which is available in two colorways — black/white and black/khaki. Just in time for Christmas adidas Originals has teamed up with Los Angeles athletic brand and sneaker retailer Undefeated and London based fashion brand and military specialists Maharishi. As part of the limited adidas Originals Consortium umbrella, the three present an exclusive capsule collection this season. The collection includes the adidas Originals Jabbar Hi and ZX 5000 sneakers, as well as collaborative t-shirt. The silhouettes of camouflage patterns, an expertise of Maharishi, have been printed all over on the two sneakers, resulting in an eye-catching, yet subtle overall appearance. Both sneakers also carry the logos of the two involved brands. With a pre-release of the capsule taking place at UNDFTD stores and the Maharishi store on December 6, the official global release at other retailers, including No. 74 and No. 42, takes place on December 13.

Among the more eclectic items are a yoga mat, scuba gloves, a two-finger whistle ring, boxing gloves, a towel and a magnetised trophy cup. More practical offerings include jacquard beanies, a leather front-zipping boot, hybrid scuba sneakers, and backpacks in leather and mesh with oversized branded zip pulls. Along with an accompanying menswear capsule collection focused on technical and performance wear, the entire Alexander Wang x H&M collection will be available at your nearest H&M store from November 6.

Another bit of Stone Island news as Supreme presents its aptly-timed collaborative capsule with Italian company for Winter 2014 season. Consisting of both a crewneck and hooded sweatshirt as well as a jacket, sweatpant and camp cap, the collection features subtle branding from both parties while retaining the performance-oriented features Stone Island is famous for. For example, the Raso Gommato Cover Nero Jacket is crafted from a wind and water-resistant cotton satin bonded to a polyurethane coating and outfitted with a removable liner.
Look for the collection in-store in at Supreme locations in New York, Los Angeles, London and online on October 2 and later across Japan on October 4. The capsule will also be available at select Stone Island stores.

If Burger King Japan’s goal was to make a burger as unappetizing as possible, they succeeded. The all-black cheeseburger looks pretty cool, but we’re not so sure we’d want it traveling into our stomachs. They made the bun with bamboo charcoal to give it its Darth Vader-like appearance, and they did the same with the slice of cheese the patty gets topped with. To add to its mysterious motif, Burger King created an onion and garlic sauce concocted with squid ink to make sure it oozes evil when you bite down.

Nike Sportswear is getting ready to drop a multilevel hybrid sneaker in the coming months, the Nike Air Force 1 Mowabb. The ACG-atized version of the Air Huarache with elements taken from the Wildwood became to being in early 90s as the Air Mowabb.
The fusion between the Air Mowabb and the Air Force 1, uses the 1982 basketball sneaker as its base. Giving the sneaker a Mowabb look, it is infused with a neoprene inner bootie. The cut has also been altered with a slightly higher higher construction than the traditional low. The look is complete with af1 spelt out on the tongue in lowercase lettering.
