So now the Olympics & Paralympics are over so is the summer so its time to invest in Autumn Winter outerwear…hang about though mother nature is still taking the piss and the temperature is up and down like a like a fiddlers elbow so what is needed is a jacket that fills the transition between Autumn & Winter. Hey Presto one that fits that bill is Wolsey’s Membury cotton canvas jacket. The original was designed for those soldiers facing variable climates, since it was relatively roomy, and had a detachable insulated lining which could be worn underneath if the temperature dropped.
Wolsey’s quilted version is heavily garment washed to give it an authentic look, and features two large bellow hip pockets and two medium-sized breast bellow pockets, and removable button on hood. Equally at home in town or on the battlefield (dont laugh I live up North!) the Membury jacket is given a contemporary city edge with the addition of a zip down nylon bottom flap, internal pockets and MP3 lead outlet.
