Our Legacy Summer 2011 Campaign

The Swedish brand Our Legacy has just launched their Summer 2011 campaign through their online store. The campaign photos feature Swedish actor Jörgen Svensson wearing the new summer shirts. This photo series is different from the usual ones that we have seen from Our Legacy but it sure makes the shirts look good and desirable. Wood Grain Bike Frames by Rob Pollock

The Fixed Gear movement is one that we saw skyrocket last year with several collaborations between well established fabricators and celebrities including Pharrell Williams and Brooklyn Machine Works. But not all expert crafted two-wheelers come from the high end of the spectrum. Such is the case of Rob Pollock has been perfecting the art of faux woodgraining for over 40 years and recently began applying his craftsmanship to bike frames. Traditionally used in the restoration of classic cars and hot rods, each frame is hand painted by Rob himself ensuring a durable finish. You can purchase one of your own now here for a cool $1500

Nudie Jeans ‘Khakis’ Autumn Winter 2011

Nudie Jeans puts their unique spin on the classic khaki pants with the introduction of Nudie Jeans ‘Khakis’ in their Autumn Winter 2011 Collection. Sticking  to their roots, their contemporary skinny and slim fit Khakis are a nod to their origins from fishermen on a small island off the Swedish west coast.  My favourite fit from any jean brand is Nudies Thinn Finn & Grim Tim so I cant wait to take delivery of these chinos.

Star Wars Carved Crayolas

Steve Thompson  has carved some favorite characters including Darth Vader, Chewbacca, C3PO, and a StormTrooper out of the tips of Crayola crayons. Looks amazing you have to admit.

Lindsay Lohan: A Short Film by Richard Phillips

Her name has been relatively low key over the last few months, but Lindsay Lohan will quietly make a return to the screen through a new short film by filmmaker/director Richard Phillips. Through this intriguing trailer to the upcoming debut aptly titled “Lindsay Lohan”, Phillips offers a softer more toned down perspective to the often controversial actress….I still would!!!

Maison Martin Margiela Leather Cardigan

In what has become a staple piece nearly every season, Maison Martin Margiela has again re-worked the classic cardigan by using a repetitive series of thin, black leather strips along the front of the body. The all-black design features tonal buttons and stitching with plain sleeves and a frayed detailing along the collar. As always, the cardigan also includes Margiela’s signature white stitches on the back.

Liberty x Nike Dunk Skinny

Nike has teamed up with one of the UK’s most iconic department stores, Liberty of London, for a series of women’s sneakers.

The collection consists of DunksBlazers and Air Force Ones all decked out in Liberty’s famed pattern-print fabrics Here’s a look at the Dunk High Skinny that recently landed. It’s the most muted of all the colourways and from afar it looks like the shoe is being consumed by ants, but upon closer inspection one will notice that it’s actually a floral-print.
