Finisterre Anabatic MK. II
The ultra-lightweight Anabatic MK. II shell from newish U.K.-based label Finisterre makes an attractive example of the brand’s forward-thinking approach. Committed to product, people and the environment, Finisterre’s outdoor gear not only looks and feels great but also keeps sustainability at the forefront—a notion that has earned them several awards, including The Times’ Eco Hero Award.
The 100% recyclable MK. II (a British first) has a clean aesthetic, keeping the style of an earlier Finisterre model intact and adding increased technical functionality. Waterproof and helmet compatible, the Portuguese-made jacket uses a hydrophilic membrane fabric called C-Shell (a material that’s exclusive to the brand) for the utmost in breathability and performance. Thanks to a breakthrough in membrane technology, the ergonomically-cut jacket is now even more impervious to water while weighing under a pound.
The Green Magazine
Whilst looking through photographers Neil Bedford’s Blog I came across this not only is the portrait of Brian Ferry amazing but it’ s what they are for thats got me excited…THE GREEN. In Neils words
The Green is the first football magazine publication that explores the game in an alternative fashion, focusing on areas that may sometimes be overlooked in the general media. They aim to divulge into the past and present with the use of an array of beautiful photography and illustration along with a neutrally journalistic overview
Now that sounds like our type of magazine…but I can’t find any more information on it as yet but I’ll keep digging!

CP Company Urban Protection Metropolis Jacket
CP Compamy have finally released an slightly updated version on one of the best jackets the have ever produced. The Metropolis Jacket from the landmark Urban Protection Collection. I remember the buzz around the store I worked in when this jacket was released in 1998 with casuals traveling all over to try and get one. I always remember selling one to a well known England player who bought it with its prime use of ‘protecting’ him from the passive weed smoke of his friends!
This time around its comes with an updated for the better fit, like the original the protective nylon based anti-tear, anti-abrasion, oil and water resistant, Dynafil TS-70 fabric remains. Complete with a special anti-smog mask with active filter against the micro dust particles present in urban surroundings; the perfect union between style and function. I know its boiling outside and buying a jacket is last thing on your minds but these wont be around when the weather changes. Buy now from Van Mildert

Adidas x Porter Nizza Hi Olive Green
adidas Originals has teamed up with PORTER once again to create a new colourway of the Nizza Hi that features a zipper on the heel of the shoe. The original colourway of the collaboration Nizza was released last year in the signature PORTER colourway of Black and Orange as a part of the FIVE-TWO 3 Collection. Almost a year later the two brands have collaborated once again on a new colourway of the sneaker that PORTER helped transform; the new colourway features an Olive Green nylon upper with the signature Orange PORTER lining being used on the inside of the shoe. PORTER’s logo is stitched on the tongue of the sneaker. Pick these up now at select adidas Originals retailers

Tag Heuer STH810 Split-Seconds Stopwatch
Ok, when will I EVER need a stop watch? But I think this looks amazing you can’t deny the charm and feel of this beautifully crafted Heuer, purpose built stopwatch. The chrome plated brass case wraps around a 9 jewel movement with anti-magnetic springs and a protective layer of plexiglass to protect the dial

The adiCup London
Yesterday was the London leg of the adiCup with a couple of friends of mine playing for Oki-Ni (above). A strong crowd of close a thousand people were on hand for this year’sLondon leg. With typical unpredictable weather British weather, the final featured a meeting between the British Fashion Council and Metalheadz United. United ran out winners with a thorough 5-1 thrashing of their opponents.
