Pitti Uomo | The Style Raconteur

Once again it is June, also known as menswear month in the fashion calendar. A few days ago, London Collections succesfully kicked off the global menswear circuit, followed by Florence, Milan and last but not least, Paris. The summer buying season is always a favourite of mine and Pitti Uomo being my favourite show. The Italians just know how to ‘do it’ …. so I am curently enjoying (and mostly not enjoying, way too hot for work) 40 degrees of sunshine in Florence.

Style Style outside and inside of the show is big business for the hundreds of photographers of fashion blogs and the internet fame hungry visitors some of which I swear rock fancy dress just to get a picture taken! Anyway check out a round up of some of the amazing dressed people (and a few not so amazing!)

GQ’s picture taking man once again captures all the flamboyance in Florence. It never fails to amazing me how off the wall some of the outfits these Italians manage to make look effortlessly cool….or not in some cases!
