air-jordan-1-retro-bred-preview-1Soon to hit shelves is one of the most classic colorways of the shoe that started it all. Here we take another gander at the The Air Jordan 1 Retro, executed here in the iconic black/red color combination widely (and fittingly) dubbed “Bred.” Banned by David Stern and the NBA at its initial release, the “Bred” might owe part of its popularity to censorship, yet the classic simplicity of black leather around the upper and red accents make an undeniable statement. One of the more necessary re-releases of today, the sneaker will be available at fine retailers.air-jordan-1-retro-bred-preview-2 air-jordan-1-retro-bred-preview-3 air-jordan-1-retro-bred-preview-4

The adidas Stan Smith is set to make a triumphant return this year after several seasons spent sitting on the sidelines. The classic tennis shoe — the first to feature an all-leather upper — was first known as the adidas Robert Haillet before tennis legend Stan Smith signed on to front the shoe. The Stan Smith will launch in limited numbers on September 4th looking much the same as the original. That means it will have the iconic all-white leather upper with the minimal perforated three stripes branding along with the classic green accents. Following the limited launch, the Stan Smith will receive a wider release in 2014.

This is merely conceptual at this stage, but if it went into production we know it would sell well.
