Trickers x Norse Projects

20120905-082156.jpg

Here is a look at an all new project between Tricker’s and Norse Projects with a run that consists of 6 iterations. Featuring a Repello Suede Brogue Boot, a Scotch Grain Super Boot and a Two Tone Super Boot this makes for a compromising installation. The repello suede brogues feature a durable Dianite outsole so you’re ready for the outdoors. Then the Scotch Grain Super Boot is highlighted by a sublime scotch grain leather on a chunky Vibram morflex sole unit for serious arch and heel support. And finally the Two Tone Super Boots has a top notch casual option with an extremely comfortable crepe wedge sole and two tone suede colour blocking. Finished with hiking laces and speed hook eyelets.

Tricker’s for Norse Projects

Danish label Norse Projects has teamed up once again with British shoe manufacturer Tricker’s to design a new range of footwear. Their latest capsule collection is comprised of two high top styles made from a smooth calf leather and three low top styles that feature a soft suede upper. With a genuine leather lining and tonal accents, the shoes are currently available for purchase in a range of different colorways through Norse Projects.

Mark McNairy x Norse Projects

For the second season in a row, Mark McNairy has been producing footwear for Copenhagen store and brand Norse Projects. For Spring/Summer 2011 the two present a wingtip brogue, coming in brown and black leather options. The only thing distracting from the overall really classic look is the slight use of canvas on the upper, making the shoes a little more sporty. Both colorways are now available from Norse Projects

Norse Projects Kermit T-Shirt

I’ve always loved ‘piss take’ t-shirts ever since the brand A Bearded Man was kicking around. This Norse Projects Tee is no exception obviously mocking Supreme’s hype kermit tee from a couple of seasons back. Buy here

Norse Projects x Ally Capellino Fjell Rucksack

I’ve been looking for a rucksack for a while I’ve bought 3 in the last year and none have been up to scratch and ended up on eBay a couple of months after purchase. Anyhow I discovered Ally Capellino’s ‘Dean’ rucksack late year but I snoozed and everywhere sold out in my preferred colourway, even much begging at the Capellino showroom whilst in a buying appointment couldn’t produce me one. Every cloud has a silver lining and all that because this badboy is gonna be strapped to my back very soon…
Ally Capellino has teamed up with one of the hippest new brands out there at the moment , Norse Projects and produced the ‘Fjell’ wax cotton rucksack. The colourway of navy wax and  brown leather highlights work perfectly. But the sale clincher for me is something thats always missing in rucksacks as a posed to backpacks is a padded laptop pocket to protect my beloved MacBook Pro. All in all a beautifully finished rucksack. Buy HERE

Norse Projects Autumn Winter 2011 Lookbook

Norse Projects send over some interesting imagery to represent their Fall/Winter 2011 collection. This lookbook put together by the Danish label was shot on Møns Klint or the Cliffs of Møn to us English folk. It’s an impressive landmark and tourist attraction along the eastern coast of the Danish island of Møn in the Baltic Sea. The bright chalk cliffs really do lend well to the clothing and showcase the garments in a clean and fresh environment. This stuff will be hitting stores around June/July but you can buy the Spring Summer collection here

As always with Norse, the outerwear looks exceedingly good and the knitwear has also come on leaps and bounds over the seasons. I don’t always like the so called ‘hype’ factor around a brand, but the boys over at NP can definitely make some great clothing.
