Black Sheep x Nike SB Dunk High “Gucci”

black-sheep-nike-sb-gucci-2-960x640Black Sheep teamed up with Nike SB on the Dunk High and they took an interesting retro route for the collaboration. Heavily inspired by luxury brand Gucci, the high top sneaker does not only come with its signature red/green colors on the otherwise black/white upper, but the iconic “GG” pattern has been twisted into a “SB” pattern all over the upper, further hinting at the inspiration. It will be interesting to see if the association will get any attention in Italy. The Black Sheep x Nike SB Dunk High is scheduled to release on June 21, 2014black-sheep-nike-sb-gucci-1-960x640

Gucci Distressed Leather Biker Jacket

The latest from Gucci is a reinterpretation of the classic biker jacket. Sporting a worn-in aesthetic, it’s leather composition exhibits a unique distressed detailing for added character, merging vintage elements perfectly with its modern craftsmanship of luxurious Italian heavyweight material.

Comprised of a slate blue finish, silver accents are applied for the buttons and zippers for a contrasting touch, a nice alterative to the traditional black versions.

Bianchi By Gucci

Founded in Italy in 1885, Bianchi is the oldest bicycle manufacturer in business today. The company has partnered with Gucci on a pair of bicycle models designed by Gucci Creative Director Frida Giannini. It’s a collaboration that makes more sense than one would initially think. As Giannini explains, “Ever since Gucci’s founding, traveling in style has been at the heart of the house’s designs.” In this case, those designs take the form of two bicycles built for two different types of rides, both adorned with Gucci’s signature green/red/green web stripe. One is a single-speed road bike made with white hydro-formed steel with custom brown leather grips and saddle. The other has a matte black carbon fiber frame and disc brakes, perfect for off-roading or rugged city streets. The concept of traveling in style is completed with matching accessories made up of helmet, gloves and water bottle. The Bianchi by Gucci bicycles are available at select Gucci boutiques worldwide, as well as the Bianchi Cafe & Cycles concept store in Stockholm.

Making Of A Gucci Loafer

On Tuesday I spent the day buying Gucci Spring Summer 12 at their showroom in Milan. I loved every aspect of it…The footwear was unreal and then this popped up (fate) enjoy as Gucci gives us mere mortals a peek inside the shoe factory in Italy, where the technicians are dressed better than normal people. Armed with a leather apron, each part of the loafers are hand sewn and stained to produce the signature pair of loafers that can instantly make any outfit stylish.

Gucci Embroidered Denim Shirt

I KNOW.. I know I shouldnt like this but I do, embroidered Gucci denim shirt with gradient fading, Navajo-style stitch detail, metal stud embellishment and a frayed granddad collar. A striking update on a classic, this front buttoning piece has been hand finished so no two garments are identical. Anyway ‘haters’ your not gonna see many people kicking around in it as it retails for £1690. Ballers buy here!

Gucci Suede Boat Shoe

Gucci, whose Mark  Ronson-endorsed sneakers injected excitement into more casual options for the luxury brand, now gets into the chukka/ boat shoe fray with this seriously detailed model. Decked in fine suede and with a interesting weld above a crepe sole, this model is minimally branded. The tongue features the trademark Gucci flag, and the forefoot features one tonal embossed brand. Fiat 500 by Gucci

The Gucci name is synonymous with style and elegance, and their influences have far exceeded the high fashion industry. Over the last 90 years the brand have overcome several hurdles, yet their iconic status still remains strong in today’s competitive luxury segment. To celebrate the monumental occasion, Gucci teamed up with a traditional Italian automaker, Fiat for special edition cars. The two brands are quintessentially Italian, sharing the attitudes of craftsmanship towards design and manufacturing.

For this occasion, the Fiat 500 was handpicked and customized to represent a new modern travel statement. Every detail on the vehicle will have the hearts racing from the green and red stripe which runs along the exterior, accompanied by GG wheel nut covers on the aluminum mesh rims. Sliding inside the doors, the interior mirrors the green and red theme on the seats, gearshift, carpet and seatbelt, alongside GG embossed seats and trims. There will only be 500 units of each hatchback in either glossy black or white tones available. Limited edition apparel, accessories, watches and bags are also produced to compliment the Fiat 500. Take a look after the jump for the short video and photos of the collaboration in detail.
