adidas Originals have finally unveiled their latest offering with Palace Skateboards, a brand new silhouette dubbed the PALACE Pro Trainer. Constructed from both Primeknit and perforated suede in this debut collection, the PALACE Pro incorporates parts of the Gazelle with modern styling cues such as the heel cage and Primeknit upper, with the black colourway sporting that beautiful gum sole our readers from across the pond seem to love. The ongoing relationship with Palace and adidas Originals have been striving to create classic European casual wear with a contemporary aesthetic, and the PALACE Pro is a testament to all the amazing possibilities this partnership could lead to. Arriving at select adidas Originals stockists on the 16th of May.

Adidas Originals x Wood Wood Gazelle

Now this is exciting me, even though its womens… In 2005 Wood Wood were invited by adidas to join the exclusive club known as the Consortium, and have enjoyed a special relationship with the German brand ever since. With several projects resulting from the partnership, this time sees the two camps rework the iconic Gazelle. What is really unique about this project is that is the first from the pair that is exclusively for women. The Wood Wood Gazelle Vintage is a part of Adidas Consortium Women’s Collection, which will release early December alongside a Sneakersnstuff ZX750 and an Adidas Basket Profi.

The iconic adidas Gazelle has been modified slightly to give the classic silhouette a modern, posh look. The upper is comprised of lustrous black leather and garnished with gold foil adidas branding. Adidas City Pack: Gazelle

adidas Originals is glowing this season, and we are not saying this is the metaphorical sense for their recent accomplishments (even though it is a fitting description). This season, adidas Originals has launched the very urban adi City Pack, which comprises of sneakers and apparel featuring graphics of traffic signs and cityscapes. Meant to reflect the lifestyle of those wandering in the urban jungle, the collection utilises materials such as resistant fabric, reflective substances, and warning orange colours. First up for a quick peek is the adidas Original Gazelle from this pack. The Gazelle has quickly attained the status of being a beloved low-top casual city model, and this time around, the shoes have been rendered in a simple grey suede with graffiti-esque graphics on the heel.
