BBC x A Bathing Ape Capsule Collection

billionaire-boys-club-x-a-bathing-ape-2013-capsule-collection-1Both Billionaire Boys Club and A Bathing Ape are definers of ‘fresh’, and when the two come together, the result is undeniable. Such is the case with the recently unveiled collaborative project between BBC and BAPE, released in continuing celebration of A Bathing Ape’s 20th anniversary. The two brands come together to not only commemorate, but also celebrate their long-standing relationship – given Pharrell Williams and NIGO started Billionaire Boys Club in 2003. Accordingly, a series of t-shirts have been released with custom graphics that overlap BBC and BAPE’s intergalactic motifs. Look for the t-shirts to drop at Billionaire Boys Club in Tokyo and selected A Bathing Ape retail locations.

H&M Autumn Winter 2012 Lookbook

Despite being categorized under the umbrella of “fast fashion,” H&M has always maintained a decidedly high-end approach to its seasonal lookbooks, imagery and visuals. Presenting its Winter 2012 range, the Swedish retail and fashion giant debuts a minimalist and cleaned up pictorial highlighting its range of menswear. For this season, the brand initially displays an affinity for all things formalwear via tailored blazers, skinny ties and knitwear. While overtones of formal garb are heavily promoted.Obviously the swing to streetwear is is there in Letterman jackets & hoodies. Dont expect any of these items to be amazing quality or last more than a season..

So Thom Brown is going all diffusion and grey on us… Thom Grey is going to be 40-50% cheaper that its Brown counterpart. One of the first garments to emerge is this Stripped Varsity Jacket. It features grey and charcoal strips on the wool body, white leather arms, a snap button closure, three white slit pockets with snap finishes, large Grey logo on the back…jury is still out for me, think it looks a lil Jack Wills!!
