New Apple iPhone 5 Concept

20120622-175138.jpg

When I first spotted those leaked images of what was claimed to be the next-generation iPhone’s rear panel, I wasn’t keen on the two-tone aluminum look, and I found myself wondering what Jony Ive was up to inside Apple’s design labs. But now that I’ve seen a few mockups of that design, I’ve changed my mind, and come October I would love this to be at the end of those long queues at Apple. In fact, the latest mockups, created by Martin Hajek, look absolutely incredible.

Apple’s 1986 Clothing Collection

20120618-071145.jpg

Believe it or not, the tech empire that is Apple once had its foot in the fashion realm, releasing a collection of apparel that truly harks back to the 1980s — an obvious showing of the change in times and style to the current simple and sleek designs. Released in 1986, the old images proudly showcases models in bold and vivid sports-casual wear for men, women and children. Raising an eyebrow from the irony of a fashion line coming from the man notorious for his mock turtleneck tops, the collection still tells of the company’s spirit, best resembled in its rainbow colored logo.

Apple iPhone Plus 5 Concept

20120511-084457.jpg

We love iPhone concepts, because not only do they project the future, but they make us dream for more. Based on the most recent rumors of the upcoming iPhone (or iPhone 5 or whatever else you want to call it), the same folks that dreamed up the incredible Instagram Socialmatic Camera, also came up with the iPhone Plus. The designers of ADR Studio included a thinner liquidmetal body, 4.3″ Retina display, A6 Quadcore processor and lots of others features into their so called iPhone Plus. Obviously this will not become reality, but to a certain degree it will and that we find inspiring.

iKnucks iPhone Case

20120320-085929.jpg

This knuckle duster iPhone case isn’t straight out of Compton, it IS Compton. Meet the iKnucks – the iPhone case that doubles as a duster. What better way to protect yourself from muggers than slipping this mean puppy around your fingers and throwing some haymakers?

Notice the spikes on the end of the finger holes that will help you deal a double dose of savage gangsta damage when villains try to mess with you and your iPhone. Full details on the iKnucks are scant because right now they only exsist as a picture posted on Thingiverse, which is a site that can be used to generate a 3-D printed version. Even though they only exist in the digital dream world, I’m pretty sure some knuckleheads will actually make these things a reality, which will unleash a wave of terror on the public by those listening to Rap music while walking down the street wearing the iKnucks. 😉

iPhone 5 Concept by CiccareseDesign

In the light of all the buzz that has been circulating around Apple products, Ciccaresedesign has taken the opportunity to imagine what the iPhone 5 might resemble. The Italian based company is no stranger to reinventing Apple products and with the iPhone 5 having no face yet, this one sure puts great anticipation in the product. Ciccaredesign’s take offers a much more organic look for the iPhone, truly emphasizing the humanistic and almost second nature feel that iPhones provide through user interaction. Perhaps this could be what Apple is aiming at for their next phone. I love all the concept designs check out my fav here
