A.P.C. x Bonton x Nike Children’s Sneaker Collection

A.P.C. has linked up for the first time with Bonton on a children’s clothing collection. The collection consists of overall six items, including a parka, jeans, a sweater, a skirt and a scarf. Furthermore A.P.C. extends its Nike collaboration into the children’s collection and presents a Nike Blazer Hi and a low top velcro kids sneaker as part of the team-up. Both featuring off-white canvas uppers and navy detailing, the sneakers will launch at A.P.C. stores on February 6, with the clothing already being available now.

APC x Carhartt Autumn Winter 2013

The collaborative series from A.P.C. and Carhartt continues with their release for 2013 Autumn Winter that sees a drop of outerwear, basics and accessories. The former brand’s affiliation for clean aesthetics serves as the design direction for the collection with a limited color scheme synonymous with the season, and minimalistic styling save for branding and the collection’s boat icon. Carhartt then lends their quality tailoring in crafting the line that will see an October 18 release.

A.P.C. x Nike

An intriguing message appeared just moments ago from Atelier de Production et de Création, or better known as A.P.C. In bold white lettering on a black background, the content simply reads “A.P.C. + Nike 100 Days”. While cryptic, the message is really an impromptu announcement from A.P.C. on a Nike collaboration later on this year. But what will it be? Another pair of Nike classic kicks? Or something more? And why 100 days from now, which will be approximately around August 30th? As soon as I hear anything I will be sure to post it up.

APC Pre Autumn Winter 2011

If you’re running out of patience waiting for A.P.C. Winter collection to arrive, here’s the A.P.C. Pre-Fall/Winter 2011 Collection. The collection is a nice mix of casual summer pieces such as T-shirts and shorts, as well as slightly heavier pieces that are insulating enough to keep you warm but not too much.

People who read this blog will know I have a slight obsession with Vans, its there simplicity that I love how they go with everything and are so easy to wear. But they have been banging out collaboration  after collaboration some good mostly bad but this pair up the best so far. Simplicity at its best, the VANS capsule collection for designer Jean Touitou’s A.P.C. is one of what sneakers used to be – a simple fare of cotton canvas and rubber outsole. Based on VANS Authentic and Chukka editions, there is virtually no branding or logos, just an imprint of initial “A.P.C.” on the sock liner. Currently available at select A.P.C. retail locations.

APC Spring Summer 2011

French label A.P.C. have come up with another season of slim-fitting casual wear for men. Here’s a look at the pieces that will be hitting the A.P.C. Stores and Indies from the middile of this month onwards.

Vans x APC

Not for the first time A.P.C. has worked with Vans and is now offering a line-up of Vans Chukkas as part of their Winter 2010 Collection. Overall the mid top sneaker comes in 4 colorways and just like you would expect from the French brand, they have been kept very simple. The sneaker comes in 4 suede colorways with white or grey outer soles. They are now available here.

The coatigan, they call it. And whether you enjoy the tabloid trend of crunching two words into one or not, this one is relevant. For the knitwear as outerwear look is an excellent solution for the in-between season.

And as it gets a touch colder, with a shrunken, close fitting jacket paired with a heavy knit you can rejuvenate the way you warm your cockles this autumn. It’s dead simple. Just pop your jacket on over the top of your T-shirt, polo or shirt and either fasten it right up and then pop your big heavy gauge knit on over the top. Heres a good selction on ‘Coatigans’

You may have already gotten a look at the full Fall/Winter 2010 collection from A.P.C. last month, but now that they are officially in shops, we’re finally starting to get up close with some of the pieces. Jean Touitou appears to have strayed a little further from the subtle military influence this season and instead favouring a style that’s arguably a little bit more British than French. Plaids, argyles, bow ties and corduroys round out the collection, though we’re particularly fond of the workwear inspired cotton flannel above. Available here
