Oliver Spencer x Selfridges Olympics Survival Kit

With the London 2012 Summer Olympics just around the corner, designer Oliver Spencer teamed up with Seil Marschall and Selfridges to create this aesthetically pleasing ‘Olympic Survival Kit’. The cornerstone of the kit is the mini canoe pack from Seil Marschall for Oliver Spencer, which serves as a container for all the goods inside, including: cocunut water, Evian, Bicycle playing cards, a KWAY jacket, OS t-shirt, camera and a London guide book. The kit is highly limited at only 12 pieces hitting the market at London Oliver Spencer stores.

Adidas Consortium ZX 500

Although sometimes a little confusing, one of the upcoming adidas Consortium releases is one to look out for. Not only did they rebuild the ZX 500, presenting it in its original shape and specs, it will now also return in its OG 1984 colorway. A runner that you can simply not go wrong with. Look out for a release soon.

A.P.C. x Nike

An intriguing message appeared just moments ago from Atelier de Production et de Création, or better known as A.P.C. In bold white lettering on a black background, the content simply reads “A.P.C. + Nike 100 Days”. While cryptic, the message is really an impromptu announcement from A.P.C. on a Nike collaboration later on this year. But what will it be? Another pair of Nike classic kicks? Or something more? And why 100 days from now, which will be approximately around August 30th? As soon as I hear anything I will be sure to post it up.

Adidas Originals Beachstar

On first glance these look like a couple of new colour ways in the Adidas Superstars…guess again my friend. This is the Beachstar released by Adi Originals for Summer 2012. Looking like the result of some weird Crocs, Native Footwear & Superstar orgy, the Beachstar features a perforated EVA upper that is rounded out by a neoprene constructed sock. The trademark shell toe resides along the front of the shoe while customary Three Stripes, a pure white outsole and tonal stitching finishes off the summer-ready Sneaks.

Nike Toki Vintage

We’re used to seeing older styles from Nike getting the Vintage treatment, which was why it was a bit of a surprise to see the Toki recently receive it. Originally released in 2008, the vulcanized chukka is seen here in an off-white canvas upper with a matching Swoosh. The midsole gets dirty here with a little black wash to complete the look. Nice alternative to a Converse or Desert boot.

Our Legacy Derby Shoe

Our Legacy have introduced this impressive, updated version of their derby shoe most notably with the wedge crepe sole being replaced with a natural storm welt leather sole. The waxy leather is switched to a dark, smooth anthracite suede with black laces providing a minimalist look for the warmer months of the year….pretty damn nice
