Montie Gear Y-Fork Catapult

Catapults or Sligshots for our American cousins aren’t just for kids — they can also be deadly weapons, perfectly suited to situations where you might have run out of ammo for your other options. The Montie Gear Y-Fork Slingshot is a prime example. Designed by Uncrater Nicholas Pennington, it features an aluminum frame that’s powdercoated or anodized depending on color, a tapered Thera-Band Gold flat band with a 16-pound pull and 28-inch draw, a leather pouch assembly for securely holding ammo up to a 0.5-inch ball bearing or .44 cal lead ball, and a paracord-wrapped handle for comfo.

Aape By A Bathing Ape

20120324-182017.jpg

Streetwear giant A Bathing Ape is introducing a new label into its fashion family. Taking the moniker Aape BY A BATHING APE, the range is set to slot in between the current A Bathing Ape and BAPE Kids range, hoping to attract the disposable income of the teenage market. The style and designs reflect a return to an older style BAPE, no more so than in the choice of logo. A lower price range has also been attached, with T-shirts starting at approximately $48 and parkas at $120 USD). In what is probably the biggest move from the brand since the takeover by I.T, it will be interesting to see in what direction this collection takes the company. The Aape BY A BATHING APE 2012 spring/summer collection will be available soon at BAPE stores worldwide. I personally thing that this will be available for wholesale at be in varied stores in a couple of seasons just like Mr Bathing Ape. Keep your eyes here for more of the collection as the revealed.
